I Need To Stop My Teleport Gun
This game is made for the Confounding Calendar.
It uses the palette Lost in the dessert.
It is loosely inspired by Solas 128 and Baba Is You.

fun fact: you can reflect one of the "particles" to get to the teleport gun early, but you can't do much once you're there.
no, you can (assuming you're doing it in the same place as me). if you give yourself enough time you can just about get the box into position in front in the gun before you're whisked away.
oh my gosh this is a very extravagant game. very nice! (still trying to get to the final checkpoint...)

aha! finally beat it! I’m not sure if this step was intended or not – I hope so, because it was a cool step! and it made the setup of the bottom island finally make sense to me. but I think you said on discord that doing This Thing was never required?
This is the intended solution, congrats! I think I did say something about how doing this is not required on another island, maybe that was misleading.

I got all the way onto the very middle island with the teleporter, and can go onto the last orange checkpoint, but I'm not sure what to do to make the game end. I have 3 moves after arriving at the teleporter island before it teleports me back down to the bottom right.
You probably found an unintended way to get there, and by doing so bypassed all my softlock-prevention measures. Sorry about that! See if you can revert to the last checkpoint to renew the checkpoint's state. Kuchiwo Tsugumi has made a playthrough video in case you want to look up the intended solution.
undo takes you farther back than reset
